Action Clutch 7.25" Twin Disc Race Clutch Kit — Acura RSX 02-06 K20A3 (ACR-2207)

A 7.25" twin disc built for power levels a single disc can't hold. Splitting torque across two friction surfaces is what gets the capacity without pushing clamp load to the point where the pedal becomes unusable — and the small 7.25" diameter cuts rotational inertia hard, so the engine picks up revs noticeably faster than it does on a factory-diameter clutch.

This is a race kit. Solid hub construction rather than sprung, so expect gear rattle at idle and abrupt engagement. That's the trade for the holding capacity and the reduced inertia, and it's why this belongs in a dedicated drag or track car rather than a daily driver.

Includes a chromoly flywheel, so the assembly is matched from the crank flange out — no guessing at whether your existing flywheel has the right step height or surface.

Every kit is quality checked by an Action Clutch engineer and signed off before release.

Fitment: 02-06 Acura RSX 2.0L DOHC (K20A3), manual transmission.

Note the engine code. This is the K20A3 base RSX kit. Type-S cars running K20A2 or K20Z1 take ACR-2208 — the flywheel bolt pattern and spline differ, and it's the most common wrong order in this family.
