Bosch Motorsport Combined Fluid Pressure & Temperature Sensor — 0-10 Bar (0261.544.01F-U5G)
Two measurements from one port. This sensor reads relative pressure and fluid temperature together, which is why it shows up on serious builds — one fitting in the rail or the oil gallery instead of two, and one less place to leak.
It's designed specifically for measuring gasoline pressure and temperature in port injection systems, using a piezoresistive element behind a silicon diaphragm that contacts the measured fluid. Reference pressure comes through an opening in the housing, so it reads gauge pressure against ambient — the right behavior for fuel rail measurement.
Fuel temperature is the part people underestimate. Ethanol content, injector dead time, and vapor risk all move with fuel temp, and a standalone that can see it can compensate properly instead of guessing.
Specs: 0 to 10 bar (145 psi), 5V supply, -40°C to 150°C operating range. M10 x 1 male thread. Compatible with engine oils, gasoline, and diesel.
Sizing: 10 bar covers fuel rail pressure on a boosted return-style system running elevated base pressure, and oil pressure on anything. The wide temperature ceiling means it survives an oil gallery, not just a fuel rail.
Mating connector and pigtail sold separately.
