Brian Crower Stage 2 Camshafts — Nissan SR20DE/DET, 264/264 (BC0205)
The Street/Drift spec, and the most popular cam upgrade on the SR20 for a reason: it delivers real midrange and top-end gains without turning the car into something you can't drive.
Plug and play. Short duration for nice street manners with a slight lope at idle. Power comes on from roughly 3,800 to 8,000 rpm — a genuinely usable band on a turbo SR rather than a peaky top-end-only profile.
BC camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to accuracy and tolerances within .02mm. Every profile is prototyped and dyno tested for proven horsepower results before going into production.
The grinding method matters. BC uses small diameter grinding wheels during finishing to generate a more aggressive ramp rate and faster cylinder fill. It takes longer to grind, but the inverted radius created on the opening side delivers more horsepower on rocker applications than conventional large-diameter wheels.
Specs: 264°/264° advertised duration, 216°/216° at .050", .475"/.475" valve lift (12.06mm) at 1.57:1 ratio.
Fitment: S13 non-VTC and S14/S15 VTC cylinder heads. 1989-1998 Nissan 240SX, 1994-1998 Silvia. SR20DE and SR20DET.
OEM springs will work, but BC recommends the BC0200 spring and retainer kit to prevent possible coil bind. Worth doing while the head is open — a coil-bound spring at 8,000 rpm ends the engine.
Set of two. Cam timing tag included.
