Brian Crower Intake Valves — Nissan SR20DE/DET, 34.15mm Standard (BC3200)

A one-piece intake valve set for the SR20, built for high boost and high RPM. Every valve is made from premium grade, heat resistant stainless steel with a friction welded Stellite tip.

Two design details do the work. The Stellite tip is a hard-facing alloy welded to the valve tip — that's the surface the rocker or lifter hammers on, and it's where an ordinary valve wears fastest. And the undercut stem above the head reduces overall weight for extended RPM potential while significantly improving air and fuel flow in and out of the combustion chamber.

Every valve is fully machined with a swirl polished finish under the head. One-piece construction rather than a welded two-piece design.

Specs: 34.15mm head diameter, standard size, 6mm stem. Set of 8.

Fitment: Nissan SR20DE and SR20DET. S13, S14, S15, plus Infiniti G20 applications.

Standard head diameter means this drops in to a stock or freshened head with no seat work. Oversize versions exist for heads that have already been cut.

Exhaust valves are a separate part number — most builds replace both sides at once, and the exhaust side lives the harder life on a boosted engine.

Pair with matched springs and retainers. A valve is one piece of a system, and if the build is running aggressive cams or high RPM, the spring package has to suit.
