A two-piece composite rotor built for high-performance street, track day, club racing, and rally use. High carbon cast-iron ring paired with an aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminum Alumalite hat, held together with National Aerospace Standards bolts and crimp nuts.

The two-piece design does three things at once. The aluminum hat cuts unsprung weight — the mass that matters most for suspension response. It lets the cast iron ring expand radially and uniformly under heat instead of fighting a rigid hub connection, which is what causes warping. And it reduces heat transfer from the disc into the wheel bearing.

XG150 high-carbon alloy iron is specifically formulated for high heat absorption and dissipation, and it's designed to respond to DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling process — which realigns the microstructure of the iron to stabilize natural rotor stresses, minimizing warping and cracking.

Kangaroo Paw ventilation uses 144 teardrop pillars instead of conventional straight vanes, giving roughly 30 percent more surface area and 20 percent better cooling efficiency.

T3 bi-slotted design moves gasses, heat, and debris away from the rotor surface for consistent stops, dampens vibrations and harmonics for a more responsive pedal, and is directionally universal — no left and right discs to keep straight.

Thermographic heat paint markings permanently change colour at specific temperature thresholds, so you can read peak braking temperatures off the rotor and judge fatigue rather than guessing.
