420 lph in the standard 39mm format — that's the whole point of this pump. Most pumps that flow past 400 lph require a larger body and a hanger that accepts it. The DW420 delivers 400+ lph flow while dropping into the same 39mm footprint as a DW300 or a Walbro 255, so it fits the hanger you already have.

The gain comes from an optimized impeller blade count and angle rather than a bigger motor. DeatschWerks engineers the armature for torque bias, delays pressure relief activation, and maximizes impeller efficiency, which produces an extremely flat flow curve — higher flow held at higher pressure, where a boosted engine actually operates.

Composite single-scroll turbine impeller with a computer-balanced armature gives quiet operation and pulse width modulation compatibility. Ethanol compatibility is built in through carbon commutators and a fully encapsulated armature, with advanced carbon matrix materials for durability on high-ethanol fuel. Every DW pump design goes through 1,000 hours of endurance bench testing across multiple fuels.

Rated 420 lph at 40 psi and 13.5V.

Wiring matters on this one. DeatschWerks strongly recommends a 10-gauge hardwire kit (PN FPHWK-10-HD) to get full voltage to the pump. A factory-gauge pump circuit will cost you flow you paid for.
