Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods — Nissan SR20DE/DET 5.365" (CRS5365N3D)

Two-piece forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel construction — outstanding strength while weighing meaningfully less than a stock rod. Being able to rev quickly is the major advantage of this H-beam design.

The inspection process is thorough. Each rod is multi-stage heat-treated, X-rayed, sonic-tested, magnafluxed, 100 percent machined, then shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal. Precision cap alignment sleeves positively locate each rod cap, and silicon bronze bushings carry the full-floating pin.

Rated at 900+ hp, though the conservative recommendation from builders who use them is 750 and below. Proven in SR20 builds well past 500 whp.

Specs: 5.365" (138.9mm) center-to-center, 2.008" housing bore, 1.889" rod journal, .897" big end width, 22mm (.866") pin. 535 grams typical. 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws rated to 230,000 psi.

Fitment: Nissan SR20DE and SR20DET — 240SX, 180SX, 200SX, Silvia S13/S14/S15, Sentra, Infiniti G20.

Use with US-spec SR20DE bearings. That's the detail that catches people — bearing selection has to match the rod, and a JDM-spec bearing set won't.
