Garrett G25-585 G-Series II SuperCore — Standard Rotation (934075-5001S)

The smallest frame in the G-Series II line and the one for a smaller-displacement build. G-Series II is Garrett's second-generation update — new compressor aero delivers up to 10% higher flow than Gen I at peak pressure ratio and peak turbo RPM, with increased efficiency at high flow rates.

This part number supersedes the G25-550. For anyone already running a Gen I G25, it's a direct upgrade path with just a CHRA purchase — G-Series II uses Gen I compressor and turbine housings, so nothing else on the car changes.

Specs: 48mm compressor inducer, 60mm exducer, 65 trim, 0.70 A/R. Turbine wheel 54mm inducer, 49mm exducer, 84 trim, Mar-M alloy rated to 1050°C. Ball bearing, water and oil cooled. Supports 300 to 585 hp on 1.4 to 3.0L engines. Max allowable shaft speed 185,000 rpm.

Sizing: the G25 frame is the responsive one. On a 2.0L this spools like a much smaller turbo and still supports serious power — the right pick for a road course or autocross car where the area under the curve matters more than the peak.

Calibration is required to take advantage of the increased flow. Bolting a Gen II core onto a Gen I tune leaves the gain on the table.

Supercore only — turbine housing not included. Pick the A/R for your application; stainless steel housings rated to 1050°C.
