The G30 frame is where the G-Series makes the most sense for a built four-cylinder — smaller than a G35 while outflowing comparable products in its class, with improved materials that handle higher temperatures and give better safety margins.

G Series compressor aerodynamics with a 77% maximum compressor efficiency, on a forged billet aluminum wheel. The Mar-M alloy turbine wheel is rated to 1050°C, and the new turbine aero provides higher flow and efficiency than the GTX generation it replaces. Fully machined speed sensor and pressure ports come standard, so shaft speed logging is a plug-in rather than a machining job.

Specs: 62mm compressor inducer, 76mm exducer, 65 trim. Max flow 82 lb/min, max recommended shaft speed 145,000 rpm. Supports 550 to 900 hp on 2.0 to 3.5L engines. Standard rotation.

Sizing: this is the size that fits a built 2.0 to 2.5L four without being too much turbo. On a K-series or an EJ chasing 700-800, the G30-900 lights early enough to stay drivable and still has flow left at the top.

This is a supercore, not a complete turbo. You supply the turbine housing and pick the A/R for your application. Stainless steel turbine housings are rated to 1050°C.
