GSC Power-Division S2 Billet Camshafts — 4G63T Evo 1-3 / DSM 90-99, 274/274 (7003S2)
Billet camshafts for builders running a larger turbo, and the notable part is what they don't cost you. No low-end power is lost versus stock cams when paired with a larger turbo — you get 50-70 whp over stock, and more in the higher RPM range.
Designed for a 4,000-9,000 rpm range on a 2.0L, or 3,000-8,000 on a 2.2L stroker. That covers builds from roughly 400 to 700 whp.
GSC forged billet cams are turned from solid bar stock and ground on one of the most advanced CNC grinding machines in the world. Valvetrain components are developed using advanced design, FEA, and flow simulation software backed by real-world testing, then manufactured on site on dedicated CNC machining centers.
Specs: 274°/274° duration. Billet construction. Sold as a pair — intake and exhaust.
Fitment: 1990-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST/GSX, Talon TSi, Laser RS, Galant VR4, and Evo 1-3. 4G63T, 6-bolt and 7-bolt.
Springs: GSC recommends their upgraded beehive valve spring kit. These can run on the stock spring at factory boost and the stock rev limit, but the moment you raise either, the springs need to come up with them.
One install detail worth knowing: if you're using aftermarket cam gears — AEM especially — check your bolt length. Some gears are too thick for the OEM bolt on billet cams, and you may need a 40mm underhead length bolt.
Can run on the factory ECU with custom flashing.
Off-road use only. Never to be used on public roads.
