GSC Power-Division Super Alloy Exhaust Valves — Nissan VR38DETT, 32.15mm STD, Chrome Polished (2051-12)

Inconel 751 super alloy, and that's the entire reason this valve exists. These are for high horsepower, high EGT setups that need a valve that will last in 2000°F conditions — which is where a boosted VR38 on a big turbo actually operates.

The exhaust side lives the harder life on any boosted engine. It sits in combustion gas on the way out with far less cooling than the intake, and it's where valve failure starts.

Chrome polished stems create a smooth, durable finish for added life and better lubricity, especially paired with GSC's manganese bronze valve guides. Stems are micro polished for less oil retention, which means less drag on the stem-to-guide interface.

Under head dish is maximized for weight savings, while swirl polished and back cut heads promote better airflow without sacrificing durability. Lighter valves allow higher RPM, higher boost pressure, and more aggressive cam profiles without increasing spring seat pressures.

The keeper groove is adjusted to balance intake and exhaust spring pressures, which reduces shim use and gets the most out of GSC's spring and retainer kits. Works with OEM keepers, though GSC recommends not reusing any lock on a performance application due to material grooving.

Specs: 32.15mm head, standard size, Inconel 751. Set of 12 — one full exhaust side.

Fitment: Nissan GT-R R35, VR38DETT.

Important if the head is getting a valve job: this is the direct replacement length. If the head is being cut, use the "Short" version (2055-12) — protrusion shortened by .25mm specifically to reduce the need to tip valves afterward. Ordering the wrong one means machine work you didn't budget for.

Intake valves are a separate part number.
