Honeywell MIP Series Pressure Sensor — 150 PSI, 1/8 NPT )

A media-isolated pressure transducer built for aggressive fluids, which is the specification that matters for a fuel pressure sensor on an ethanol build. Piezoresistive sensing with ASIC signal conditioning inside a stainless steel housing — designed for a wide range of media including aggressive fluids and water.

0.5 to 4.5V ratiometric output at 5V supply, which is the standard analog range every major standalone ECU expects. Wire it to a 5V reference, ground, and an analog input, and the calibration is a straight linear scale with no converter or amplifier needed.

Accuracy is where this separates from a generic sensor: as low as ±0.15% full scale BFSL, with long-term stability of ±0.25% FSS and radiated immunity of 100 V/m. That last figure matters in an engine bay full of ignition noise, where a cheap sensor gives you readings that wander with RPM.

Specs: 150 psi sealed gauge, 1/8-27 NPT male port, Metri-Pack 150 connector, 6.5 mA supply current. Operating range -40°C to 125°C.

Sizing: 150 psi covers fuel pressure on a boosted return-style system running elevated base pressure, and oil pressure on anything. If you only need fuel pressure on a standard 43.5 psi base setup, a 100 psi version gives finer resolution.
