Manley H-Beam Connecting Rods — Nissan SR20DE/DET 5.365" (14023-4)

Forged from 4340 alloy with a compact uniform-grain structure for strength. Fully machined, heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed.

The finishing is what separates a Manley H-beam from a cheap one. Big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of ±.0002", critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and every set is weight matched to ±1.5 grams. Bronze alloy bushing in the small end for a full-floating wrist pin.

Proven to 500 whp on SR20 builds without issue — the right rod for a boosted street or strip car that's leaving the factory rods behind.

Specs: 5.365" center-to-center, 2.008" big end bore, .900" big end width, .866" (22mm) pin diameter, .8671" pin bore. 512 grams. 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws. Not clearanced for stroker cranks.

One machining note worth knowing: these can be machined to accept the 19mm bearing if your build calls for it. Worth deciding before assembly rather than after.
