Manley H-Beam Connecting Rods — Toyota 2JZ 5.590" (14027-6)

Manufactured from 4340 forgings and final machined in Manley's Lakewood, NJ facility, held to the same tolerances as their top-of-the-line Turbo Tuff series. Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and 100% individually magnafluxed.

The finishing is what earns the price. Big and small end bores are final honed to ±.0002", bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and sets are weight matched to ±1.5 grams. Bushed small end for a full-floating wrist pin.

Rated to 800 hp at the flywheel. That's the proven choice when you're leaving the factory rod behind on a street build — enough headroom for a single turbo swap and real boost without stepping into a race-only part.

Specs: 5.590" center-to-center, 2.167" big end bore, 1.015" big end width, .866" (22mm) pin diameter, .8671" pin bore. 552 grams. 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws.

Fitment: 93-98 Toyota Supra, Lexus and Toyota applications with 2JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GE. Also fits Aristo and Soarer.

Assembly spec: 60 ft-lbs with 30wt oil, or measure bolt stretch at .0058"-.0062". Use the stretch method if you have the gauge — it's the accurate way to load an ARP fastener.
