Manley Platinum Series Forged Piston Set — Honda K24 87mm, 11.5:1 (611100-4)

A standard-bore 87mm flat top at 11.5:1 — this is the K24 block with a K20 head combination, and the high compression is the point. That ratio on a naturally aspirated K24 is where the power is, so this is a set for a built NA engine, not a boosted one.

Manley's Platinum Series uses domestic 2618 alloy forgings for high-temperature strength and fatigue resistance. Contour forgings balance strength against weight with no grain-interrupting internal milling. The proprietary multi-step top ring groove machining controls groove size, geometry, flatness, and finish, and perfect ring groove to skirt squareness comes from a single-fixturing manufacturing method — better ring seal, more power.

Cam and barrel skirt profiles are proven designs for stable rock-free operation in the bore. At 339 grams each, they're genuinely light for a 2618 forging.

Specs: 87mm standard bore, 1.181" compression height, flat top with -1.0cc volume, 22mm wrist pin. Sized for 99mm stroke. Replacement ring set is 46870-4.

Fitment: 02+ Honda K24A, K24A2, K24A3 with a K20A/K20Z head. CR-V, Element, TSX, Accord blocks in a K-swap.

Verify your combination before ordering. 11.5:1 assumes a specific head gasket and chamber volume — head work or a thicker gasket moves the number. And if you're planning boost, this is the wrong compression; you want a dished set instead.
