Manley H-Tuff Series Connecting Rods — Toyota 2JZ 5.590" (15027-6)

The second generation of Manley's H-Beam design, built for high-boost applications. H-Tuff incorporates increased cross-sectional thickness in all the critical areas — a wider beam, increased blade thickness, and a larger pin bore surround — which delivers a stronger rod with greater safety margin.

Manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards Manley developed and had approved by their original equipment customers. Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and individually magnafluxed. Big and small ends are perfectly round, bend and twist are tightly controlled, and sets are weight matched to ±1.5 grams.

Rated to 1,000 whp. That's the right part for a big single-turbo 2JZ on E85 chasing a real number, where you want margin rather than sitting at the edge of a rating.

Specs: 5.590" center-to-center, 22mm pin. 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws standard.

Fitment: Toyota 2JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GE. 93-98 Supra, plus Aristo, Soarer, and Lexus applications.

Assembly spec: 60 ft-lbs with 30wt oil, or measure bolt stretch at .0058"-.0062".

Going further: the H-Tuff Plus kit substitutes ARP 625+ fasteners. At the top of this power range the rod bolt is usually the limiting piece.
