The complete front-mount conversion — race intercooler plus the upper and lower pipe kit and couplers. Direct fit, and it replaces the restrictive factory setup entirely rather than leaving you to source piping separately.

Large 3.5" thick bar-and-plate core with a strategic core composition designed for optimal intake temperature reduction with minimal pressure loss. That balance is the hard part — plenty of cores cool well and cost you boost getting there.

Tested numbers: on a 350 whp test vehicle, 8 whp and 10 wtq over the stock intercooler, with intake temps down 28°F (16°C). Lower AITs mean more aggressive tuning is on the table, not just more power at the same tune.

Supports stock through 600 whp.

Cast aluminum end tanks with smooth internal geometry promote proper air dispersion across the core — an intercooler only cools the air that actually touches its fins.

The piping matters as much as the core. Mandrel-bent lightweight aluminum eliminates the restrictions in factory piping, which improves airflow and quickens turbo spool. Bead-rolled pipe ends prevent boost leaks and coupler blow-off, and the silicone couplers handle heat and pressure well past what the core sees.
