A purpose-built sequential transmission designed specifically around the RB26DETT's engine characteristics — not a generic dog box adapted to fit.

Built for what a race-tuned RB26 actually delivers. The transmission case is engineered and manufactured from high-quality forged materials to withstand the punishment. By optimizing gear size and settings, OS Giken increased the gear axis distance to 88mm — that's where the OS-88 name comes from, and it's what gives the box its capacity.

Rated to 1,500 horsepower.

Option 2 ratio set: 2.890 / 1.981 / 1.468 / 1.174 / 1.000 / 0.785.

That spread is the reason to choose this option over the others — a 2.890 first with a 0.785 sixth gives you a usable overdrive alongside a short enough first for launch. Option 3 (NS201-FB23) runs a different set if your application needs it.
