Radium Engineering Fuel Rail — Honda K-Series (20-0230-02)

A 0.69" internal bore rail that supports whatever the engine needs — the volume is there for high-flow injectors without pressure drop across the rail at high duty cycle. CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser etched.

Injector bores are 14mm ID, same as OEM, so factory injectors work and most aftermarket sets that are OEM-equivalent will too. The rail is machined to accept the OEM injector clips.

All three ports are 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female), which gives you flexibility in how you plumb it — feed, return, or a fuel pressure gauge on any port. The OEM pulse damper can be reused with the Radium 14-0278 adapter fitting.

Compatible with all fuel types including E85.

Fitment: all OEM Honda K-series intake manifolds — RBC, RBB, RRC, PRB. If the manifold takes the OEM rail, this fits. Check with the manufacturer on aftermarket manifolds.

This part is the rail and hardware only — ideal for custom fuel plumbing. If you're keeping the factory feed line, you want the 20-0230-PK plumbing kit alongside it.

Includes black anodized laser-etched aluminum fuel rail, stainless steel mounting hardware, and phenolic thermal insulating washers. Reuses the OEM insulating spacers (Honda P/N 16638-PNA-000).
