Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail Conversion Kit — Nissan SR20DET S13 (20-0558)

Converts the OEM side-feed injector setup to top feed, which is the change that opens up the entire aftermarket injector catalog on an SR20. The factory side-feed arrangement limits you to a shrinking pool of options; top feed puts every major manufacturer's rail-mount injector on the table.

A large 0.69" internal bore supports whatever the engine needs without pressure drop across the rail at high duty cycle. CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and black satin anodized — safe with all blends of gasoline and alcohol fuels.

Ports: three 8AN ORB female (both ends and one on the bottom) plus a 1/8 NPT female gauge port on top. That gives you flexibility on feed, return, and pressure sensing.

Installs to the factory fuel rail mounting points. Billet aluminum injector seats are anodized, laser etched, and press into the intake manifold to provide a sealed base for the top feed injectors.

Fitment: 1989-1993 Nissan 240SX, Silvia, 180SX — S13 SR20DET, RWD configuration intake manifold. Also works on aftermarket manifolds designed around the OEM side-feed rail. Not tested on FWD SR20 manifolds.

Injector requirement: 34mm tall universal injector with 14mm upper and lower O-rings. Radium specifies the short 34mm height deliberately — taller injectors create hood clearance problems on this chassis.

Reuse three OEM 5mm plastic spacers (Nissan 17522-10V00) under the mounting brackets for thermal insulation and correct rail height.
