Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger — Late Nissan, Walbro DCSS / E5LM (20-0632-00)
Replaces the entire factory fuel pump assembly inside the tank, configurable for one or two pumps. Supports Walbro/TI F90000267, F90000274, and F90000285, plus the Ti Automotive E5LM brushless pump — high-current electrical terminals handle both conventional and brushless.
Pumps hang down at the bottom of the tank the same way the stock assembly does, feeding up through polyamide nylon tubing to the top hat. The factory fuel level sender, low fuel switch, and fuel temperature sensor (OBD-II) are all reused, so you keep full gauge and ECU functionality.
The siphon is the real upgrade. A venturi jet pump integrated into the top plate draws fuel from the opposite side of the tank — Radium redesigned the system to eliminate the return restriction the factory setup imposes while still scavenging as effectively. Combined with the unrestricted return, this is what keeps a big single-pump or dual-pump system from fighting itself.
CNC machined anodized aluminum. Feed port is 10AN ORB (7/8"-14).
Fitment: 95-98 Nissan 200SX/240SX (S14), S15, and 95-02 Skyline R33/R34.
Two things to plan for. The venturi jet pump consumes 15-45 LPH depending on fuel pressure — size your pumps accounting for that loss. And if you need fuel pressure to hold after shutdown, install a check valve somewhere in the system.
Pumps not included. Kit ships partially assembled, with final assembly done during installation. If you're running a Walbro GSS342 or AEM 50-1200 instead, you want 20-0630-00.
