Radium Engineering V2 Fuel Pump Hanger — Late Subaru, Walbro DCSS (20-0782-00)

Replaces the OEM in-tank unit and takes one or two high-flow aftermarket pumps. The machined assembly mounts in the factory tank using the OEM gasket and replaces the hold-down flange — no permanent modifications, no cutting. Safe with E85 and other alternative fuels.

The collector box is what makes this worth the money. An anodized aluminum collector traps fuel around the pumps to prevent starvation, with two 1-way fill valves that let fuel in but not back out. Each valve flows 355 LPH for 710 LPH total. The included venturi jet pump has an integrated pressure relief valve.

Three external ports, all pre-fitted for the factory lines:

• Fuel pump out — 8AN ORB (3/4"-16), preinstalled SAE quick-connect male for the OEM feed
• FPR return — 6AN ORB (9/16"-18), preinstalled quick-connect for the OEM return
• Crossover — 6AN ORB (9/16"-18), preinstalled quick-connect for the OEM crossover

That means no external plumbing kit is needed if you're reusing factory fuel lines. Both pumps merge internally into a single outlet. Works with the factory fuel level sensor.

Pump compatibility: Walbro F90000267, F90000274, F90000285, or F90000295. Note the 267 and 274 don't include a check valve — add 20-1533 if you need one.

Fitment: 08-14 Impreza (all), 08-14 Forester, 05-09 Legacy, 05-09 Outback, 15-21 STI.

Three things to plan for. A post-pump filter is still required — this hanger eliminates the OEM one, so a low-micron filter downstream is mandatory. The OEM system is returnless and its internal regulator gets discarded, so an aftermarket FPR is required. And FA20 applications need the 20-0850 fuel level sender adapter; 14-18 Forester XT and 15-21 WRX need extra components.

Single pump setups can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring, though upgrading it is worth doing to get full flow from a high-current pump.
