Vibrant Performance Air-to-Air Intercooler — 33" x 12" x 3.5", 3" Offset In/Out (12815)

A bar and plate intercooler rated to roughly 875 hp, and the construction is the reason to pick it over a tube-and-fin core.

Bar and plate delivers maximum cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop, and the overall strength handles extreme high-boost race applications. Traditional tube-and-fin cores have limited cooling capacity by comparison.

Two different fin designs, one on each path. A louvered fin on the ambient side maximizes the core's available surface area for heat rejection. An offset fin on the charge air side minimizes pressure loss — so you're not trading boost pressure for cooling. Industry-leading fin density on top of that.

Cooler, denser air into the engine means less likelihood of detonation and more of the turbo's power actually reaching the crank.

Cast aluminum end tanks are precision TIG-welded to the core and pressure tested for a leak-free assembly.

Dimensions: 25" core width, 33" overall including end tanks. 12" core height, 3.5" core thickness. 3.00" OD offset inlet and outlet, 4.5" neck height, 1.75" neck length.

Mounting hardware included — a pair of T304 stainless "Easy Mount" bracket assemblies with the required hardware.

Measure your opening before ordering. 33" overall is a wide core, and the offset necks mean the inlet and outlet aren't centered — worth confirming both the space and which side your charge piping comes from.
